Core Functions and Features
Cold Cutting:
Unlike hot friction saws, this method uses a saw blade or milling cutter to physically remove metal from the workpiece. The resulting cut is flat and smooth, with no heat-affected zone, no hardened edges, and virtually no burrs. This eliminates the need for secondary deburring or finishing, a crucial feature for applications requiring high product quality.
CNC All-Servo Control:
Utilizing a computer numerical control (CNC) system, all movements are controlled by high-precision servo motors.
This achieves high-precision, high-speed, and repeatable control of the cutting process, ensuring that each cut is precisely the right length.
Flying Saw:
This saw can cut high-speed moving pipes without stopping the production line.
As the pipe moves through the production line at high speed, the saw frame tracks the pipe, accelerating to the same speed as the pipe, then rapidly completing the cut and returning to its original position without stopping. This is a key technology for ensuring continuous production line operation and improving efficiency.
Human-Machine Interface (HMI):
Equipped with an LCD touchscreen, the operator can easily enter and modify cutting parameters such as cutting length and speed. The interface displays the machine's operating status and parameters in real time, facilitating operator monitoring and troubleshooting.
