The core shaft of the hydraulic uncoiler is connected by three or four guide plates with inclined dovetail grooves on the end face, and each guide plate is prevented from axial movement through a radial slide at the tail end but can realize radial expansion and contraction. The expansion cylinder is connected at the end of the drum shaft, and the piston rod of the cylinder drives the front sliding sleeve to slide axially through the pull rod in the center of the drum shaft, thus driving the radial expansion and contraction of the guide plate. Four additional guides can increase the nominal diameter of the rum.
